The Law of Attraction explains how Energy works in the Universe. It is not simply a "personal development tool" or technique. It's an extremely powerful force at work in our lives every moment.

Everything in the Universe is Energy.

This includes all that we can experience physically, as well as intangilbe things like our thoughts and feelings. And, like all Energy, we have a "vibration" that we are putting out that determines how we will "resonate" with the rest of the Universe, which in turn determines our experience of reality, because we attract things into our lives that we are vibrational resonance with.

While the Law of Attraction itself is simple enough, it's integration into our daily lives can be tricky because of something called Resistance. Resistance takes the form of our limiting thoughts, beliefs, and feelings...and it acts like a literal Energetic force field to what we want to attract in our lives.

Therefore our work with the Law of Attraction consists of identifying what we truly want our life to be, and getting into vibrational resonance with that vision, all the while eliminating resistance as it shows up.
