Day 60 - Photos and Measurement
Ok, so I think that taking measurements is a two-person job, and I did it myself.
It took me forever to get any kind of chest measurement, and quite frankly I'm not sure I'd put a lot of stock into any of these. You'll see some weird numbers in terms of progress here and in the video I do my non-scientific reasoning as to why and how these numbers could have shown up.
But...
While I still don't know that the caliper measurements are THE number, I do know that I'm taking them in a consistent way and that they should be a fairly accurate gauge of my progress. (C=Calipers - S-Bodyfat Scale)
